Are you passionate about coffee and love providing exceptional customer service? We’re looking for an experienced Barista to join our friendly team at The Dug Out Cafe
Position: Barista
Location: The Dug Out Café, Burrows Field, Leckhampton, GL530HA
Job Type: Part-Time
Availability: Must be available to work weekends
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, smoothies, milkshakes and food quickly but with high quality
– Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner
– Maintain a clean and organized workspace
– Assist with inventory management, restocking, and general coffee shop duties
– Operate coffee shop equipment efficiently and safely
Requirements:
– Previous barista and coffee shop experience essential
– Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Must be available to work weekends and flexible with shifts
