Terms & Conditions – King Shots Coffee – The Dug Out Cafe Black Card Competition
- The Black Card competition (“Competition”) is organized by King Shots Coffee – The Dug Out Cafe (“Organiser”). By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Organiser and their immediate families, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Competition.
- Entry to the Competition is free with the purchase of any coffee-based drink at King Shots Coffee – The Dug Out Cafe. Individuals may enter multiple times.
- The Competition begins on 20th June 2023 and ends on 30th June 2024.
- To enter the Competition, participants must post a photo on Instagram or Facebook using the hashtag #KingShotsCoffee and tag @KingShotsCoffee and add a caption about their experience. For an extra entry, individuals can leave a review on Google or Facebook and tag their friends and family in the comments section.
- The prize for the Competition is a black card that entitles the winner to 1 free tea or coffee-based drink per day, for the cardholder only, at King Shots Coffee – The Dug Out Cafe. The card is valid from the date of issue until 31/05/2024.
- Soft drinks or food are not included.
- The black card prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition period. The draw will take place within 7 days of the Competition ending.
- In order for King Shots Coffee to see your tag, you must ensure your profile is set to public posts otherwise King Shots Coffee will not be notified and then your entry will not count.
- The winner will be notified via Direct Message on Social Media within 7 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
- The Organiser’s decision regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform used to promote it.
- By entering the Competition, participants grant the Organiser permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without any further compensation or notice.
- The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstance or any other reason beyond its control.
- The Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- The Competition complies with the UK Gambling Act 2005, and no element of chance or skill is involved in determining the winner.
- Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by participants as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize.
- By entering the Competition, participants release the Organiser from any and all liability arising from their participation in the Competition or use of the prize.
- For a copy of these terms and conditions or the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: The Dug Out Cafe, Mooreend Grove, Cheltenham, GL530HA within 30 days of the end of the Competition.
