This is a basic tutorial for brewing with a cafetiere. The beauty about Cafetiere’s is they are quick, easy and no fuss but still producing a great cup of coffee. If you like your coffee stronger, brew for longer and vice versa for weaker. Have a play around with brewing times until you reach a time that right for you.
